BEAR before and after radical reconstruction. Extreme size required double incision (inverted T) mastectomy, nipple stalks were kept intact then nipples reattached on new chest. Surgery performed by Dr Reath in Knoxville TN. Reath is a chest reconstruction specialist, professionally recognized for work done on women after radical cancer surgery. Unfortunately he is also terribly Transphobic and was removed from UT Hospital-Knoxville.
